# Privacy

The gallery can be browsed without an account. This deployment adds no advertising or third-party analytics scripts. Cloudflare handles site traffic and may retain infrastructure logs under its own policies.

## Email subscriptions

The subscription form stores your email, signup date and confirmation status in this deployment's private Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare Email Service processes your address and message to deliver email. Your address is not shared with the original curator. Confirm your email through the confirmation message before receiving newsletters. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours; unconfirmed registrations are removed after the expiry plus 7 days.

Confirmed subscribers receive a welcome email and a weekly recap of newly added entries on Mondays at 09:00 Asia/Shanghai. If no new entries were published, there is no recap. Every message has an unsubscribe link and supports one-click unsubscribe from compatible email clients. Visiting a link opens a confirmation page; pressing Unsubscribe removes your email address and cancels pending messages. An email already handed to the mail provider may still arrive.

Delivery records retain opaque subscriber identifiers, message IDs, timestamps and status for up to 90 days. Unresolved send attempts are kept until reviewed to prevent duplicate sending. Email addresses are stored only in the subscriber record and are deleted on unsubscribe. Subscriber data and unsubscribe tokens are inaccessible to public API and MCP tools.

## Video submissions

The submission form stores a public X post URL, prompt location and optional public prompt URL in the private review queue. Submitting does not publish an entry automatically. Public API and MCP tools have no access to the queue.

## Local preferences

Your browser stores the preview pause preference locally. No cookie is needed to use the gallery. External creator and skill-repository links follow their destination sites' policies.
